  • Payment data: our payment processors (Stripe and PayPal) collect and process your card or account details directly; we do not store full card numbers on our servers. We receive confirmation of payment and limited transaction metadata (amount, date, order reference).
  • Event and masterclass participation data: registration details for Live Masterclasses, workshops, and online scientific events, including attendance records, quiz/test results, and continuing education (CME/CPD) certificates or diplomas issued to you.
  • Communications data: information you provide when you contact us, request support, or subscribe to our newsletter (name and email address).

5. Applicable Law and Legal Basis for Processing

As we are based in the United Arab Emirates, we process personal data in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (the “UAE PDPL”) and its implementing regulations. Where we process personal data of individuals located in the European Union/EEA (for example, international course participants), we additionally observe the relevant principles of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for that processing.
